Spiderman lucky you gettting paid
In our office our dom is refusing to pay for delivery of poll cards even though he has been shown the agreement
the Area rep has been shown the agreement, This agreement was taken in by my self not a union rep just some one who thinks fairness should avail.
Now we could have claimed O/T but I am hoping that after next week we may have some conclusion in getting paid for what we have already delivered, you cannot get paid twice and I am hoping by getting paid by the correct rate will be more then O/T.
As for what Dingo says about uping the ante in maybe striking sorry you won't get that suppport in our office again.
It seems like a dog eat dog world and the weaker offices which i guess is mine will be shafted all the time.
I come on this site for information and support and cannot see what difference this new agreement will be in any benefit in our office, Even though we have a rep all be it just came on board the last few months he gets hardly any support further up the union line and yet he is suppose to look after our interests.
Will all the disparity between various offices it's no wonder we are at logger heads with RM and sometimes our union and amongst ourselves.
I thank the one's that have helped me out on here the last few months being on here.
I just hope next week brings something positive from Bob Gibson or god help us for the future if this little blip(Election material) has anything to go by
