For a leader, carving out time for family is not always easy, and you should. One of my regrets is not seeing much of my kids growing up. I have three

I wonder if his kids agree with him?

Local staff took me at my word and got them painted, which thrilled the council, but we had to foot the bill. I had made a comment, but not communicated what I mean
He is in charge at Royal Mail and he still has not learnt to communicate anybody see a pattern.
One of the dangers in leadership is to be arrogant and take oneself too seriously. Failures don’t make you an awful person, but your company’s success doesn’t make you a genius, either.
So he is an arrogant idiot then according to his own words.
My biggest choice was leaving Mars, where I had worked for many years and was group marketing director. I went to Asda in 1992, and, to be honest, the company at the time was a basket case. It eventually became very successful, and we sold it to the US retail giant Wal-Mart in 1999 for £6.7 billion.
Thats his plan he is going to sell Royal Mail to Walmart - he is nothing if not consistent.

He should be religious. Him and the rest of Royal Mail management are clearly identified in Matthew Chapter 23 verse 4. "For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers."

Leighton and Crozier (not an Anglican myself, but isn't that a bishops stick) should read that bit about the rich being sent empty away. Luke 1:53
