Re: Anyone Got Their Ballot Papers?
Reports on Facebook, some are getting the DVD and the ballot reply envelope but not the 'ballot paper' itself!
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Anyone Got Their Ballot Papers?
For the record there were 15000 ballot papers stuck in East London Mail centre revenue protection due to some fussy manager. The ballot papers have now been released and they were in the main for Wales and the South West.

Well they either complied with the current PIP or they didn't - then again with the new understanding and mutual admiration society and within the spirit of same you would have thought he'd turn a blind eye - seems to be pretty common practice these days.dingo wrote:For the record there were 15000 ballot papers stuck in East London Mail centre revenue protection due to some fussy manager. Lets hope they don't get held up on the way back!

Re: Anyone Got Their Ballot Papers?
Look its been resolved now and should be well in time for the ballot closing. There was no sinister plot as East London are voting no . It was purely down the a manager being perdantic over the paper work and CWU HQs resolved the issue immediately it was notified to them.dvbuk55 wrote:Well they either complied with the current PIP or they didn't - then again with the new understanding and mutual admiration society and within the spirit of same you would have thought he'd turn a blind eye - seems to be pretty common practice these days.dingo wrote:For the record there were 15000 ballot papers stuck in East London Mail centre revenue protection due to some fussy manager. Well was he pedantic or merely applying the PIP as it should be applied - should have complied originally surely, after all that is what we do for a living.dingo wrote:Look its been resolved now and should be well in time for the ballot closing. Are there anymore pedantic managers along the route of the many areas involved I wonder? What difference would it make if East London was voting NO - the ballot papers weren't for them.

Re: Anyone Got Their Ballot Papers?
Had my papers a few days ago. I'm in north east of england.
Chucked the DVD straight in the bin. I'm not being brainwashed.
I do want the weight of my back and a full time contract but they're going to have to modify and improve the later Sat crap and D2D situation.
Voted No of course.

Re: Anyone Got Their Ballot Papers?
I got mine today,
voted NO for the proposed agreement and NO for MTSF changes. I'd like to say I'm not really against the MTSF changes but,I in no way wanted HQ to be able to put spin on it if their is a no vote.
