I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Don't mention those Mormals to me mate! Each to his own, but when you're just settling down with the paper and a cup of tea, the last thing you want is a couple of Mormals knocking on the door trying to convince you they have the key to the life hearafter. I'm waiting for the mormals to start working as well. However Postmen won't until we get a fair deal. Like no Summer Lapsing without safeguards, Later Starts only with union agreement and not being forced in, get rid of those silly shares and tell us what the targets are so we know what we are aiming for. Keep paying us at least the same as you are now and don't remove D2D and election payments. Also stop trying to being in star burst and team working by the back door.
