Well in my oppinion we have got our self respect, for one thing and that is what L & C cannot say. from there ivory tower they show us how big boy's play the so called big buisiness by burying there heads in the sand and pretending that they cannot hear us but i am sure that they can. Thanks sadlersbitch just type as I feel . I happen to enjoy being on delivery and meeting people, to me being part of the comunity is what we are about and with the changes that they would like to impose on us (unjustly may I add) will certainly in my mind destroy that. Our ace in the pack was early delivery times not for much longer if they get their way. Still enjoy the job even if I have been docked twice from my wages for supporting and standing by my collegues all over the country.

Well morale in our office is UP.
We are no longer getting arguments when we have to finish on time.
I am getting to know more of my workmates than I ever did before.
Royal Mail are starting to get an idea of the feeling behind this strike (even if they are ignoring it)
