If all these non delivery staff are getting the supplement, why aren't we getting any extra payments that they recieve for there duties?proper postie wrote:As far as I'm aware yes.Backshift managers, locker staff, callers staff all get it without so much as drawing a d2d a dirty look.spilie wrote:do union reps who dont have a delivery qualify for the supplement?
It's a big thumbs up from me!
Only asking because it seems only fair.

Well the official reason was there wasn't enough money in these payments to make any real difference overall.bexhil palace wrote:If all these non delivery staff are getting the supplement, why aren't we getting any extra payments that they recieve for there duties?proper postie wrote:As far as I'm aware yes.Backshift managers, locker staff, callers staff all get it without so much as drawing a d2d a dirty look.spilie wrote:do union reps who dont have a delivery qualify for the supplement?

1) A commitment to do something about the B&H.
2) A commitment to protect Posties from false allegations/botched investigations.
3) A commitment to use WCM properly, or remove it entirely.
4) A promise of mediation, if either side (we all know which side is more likely to be guilty of this!) doesn't ener into consultations in good faith.
5) Fair treatment of PT Posties.
