Sorry, think I must of confused some people.......my question to him was about having to deliver on a regular basis to 100% because of day specific door to dustbins, he was agreeing but nothing was mentioned as to what % the computer was going to be set at.

Don't forget this proposed deal endorses the Pay n Mod Agreement. Day specific D2D DOM could request 30 minute flexibility. On past practise refusal to comply will be met by docking full days pay.

Oh yes, and what a beauty his budget is :chuckle

100% PURE AND UTTER FANTASY :left:

If senior mangers think we can achive this budget, they need to go back to school and learn maths.

The DOM has ever growing housing estate(s) to cover, so some if not all savings need to be re-deployed

To cover the housing growth with out extra hours going in is one thing, but to do that and make a large saving at the same time is pure blue sky thinking.

Next week is a cracker , two duties absorbed Monday to Friday and eleven people in working their day off over the course of the week. 2 people off sick all week. One short term, one long term.

Thats next weeks budget out of the window and we still have three working days of this week to go!!!! :chuckle

Read the 2010 & Beyond - del revisions update - & my comments, the above proves the point i made in that thread.
Budgets will not set duty patterns - but you will save the hours somehow :hmmmm
