Yes. Is it REALLY too much to ask, to have something specifically designed to combat B&H in this deal?!?!?mucker wrote:most of the people i talk to are more pissed of with the B&H,than anything elsefishtank wrote:mucker wrote:a end to B&H once and for all, which as we all no is rife within royal fail.............
Indeed mucker,a far more realistic aim and one which unfortunately has once again been ignored.....an agreement built on trust....not likely.
talking of trust a dom tried to hang me out to dry last week(cant go into details)but he failed badly, his lies got him in the shite![]()

Blimey Lovejoy put your toys back in the pram. This thread was only a bit of fun, HQ can't even get the one thing most people want, an end to B & H. Perhaps you should change your username to Killjoy.lovejoy wrote:

Re: What Would Get You To Change You're Mind...
Your inability to read and understand a post is even more unbelievable - WTF have d2d got to do with it? - and delivery isn't only "delivery". We are all being "s**t on" bye the way, only some of us don't play martyrs because we can't understand why.shadow wrote:So if i were doing a round with the exact same amount of doors as you have to go to and i have prepped the same amount of d2d's as you, who are you to say you should be paid more. You are unbeleivable. At least some fulltimers have the commonsense to see that we are being sh*t on.rhino49 wrote:But we are not being paid to deliver d2d EC, from the start of the new system (if it comes in) d2d will be treated as any other mail and included as workload/traffic. The delivery supplement recognises that delivery staff deserve an additional payment to reflect the difficulty of the job and those who work 40 hours in a difficult job should quite rightly get proportionately more than those who only work 30 hours in the same job. I suppose that next you will want the increased overtime rate to start at 30 hours instead of 40 and still have the IPS and frame prep done for you. To be honest, you are getting more than the full timers out of this because we are losing an early start allowance that most part timers never qualified for.el_cartero wrote:For part timers to recieve the same amount as full timers to deliver the same d2d.

rhino you and f/t staff like you are the reason there is a lot of animosity from p/t staff, do you think for one minute changing the name from d2d payments to supplement makes it any fairer
, and for the record my early shift allowance is nearly £10 add that to what i am losing in the "supplement" and we are averaging £25 p/w and yes thats taken over 52 weeks, and lets not forget we have next to no chance of ever being made up

You are joking, with all these F/T posts coming up, in our area its a Fifty/Fifty split, cant wait for all these jobs to be advertisedspilie wrote:rhino you and f/t staff like you are the reason there is a lot of animosity from p/t staff, do you think for one minute changing the name from d2d payments to supplement makes it any fairer, and for the record my early shift allowance is nearly £10 add that to what i am losing in the "supplement" and we are averaging £25 p/w and yes thats taken over 52 weeks, and lets not forget we have next to no chance of ever being made up

It's true that some P/T staff are losing more than F/T staff and it's also true that some are not but it just shows how crappy the whole delivery/d2d/whatever supplement really is.spilie wrote:rhino you and f/t staff like you are the reason there is a lot of animosity from p/t staff, do you think for one minute changing the name from d2d payments to supplement makes it any fairer, and for the record my early shift allowance is nearly £10 add that to what i am losing in the "supplement" and we are averaging £25 p/w and yes thats taken over 52 weeks, and lets not forget we have next to no chance of ever being made up

You will be - the Delivery Supplement has nothing to do with D2Ds if this offer gets accepted. A lot of people have confused the 2 issues and think they are but if you read the proposed offer carefully it has 2 effects .el_cartero wrote:For part timers to recieve the same amount as full timers to deliver the same d2d.
1. We will no longer be paid for D2Ds.
2. Everyone in a DO as long as they are a CWU represented grade will get the Delivery Supplement of £20.60 pro rata.
so its worse than you think

If the agreements is ratified then he will be eligible for it as the Delivery Supplement is not a replacement for D2D payment as we will no longer be paid for themmucker wrote:A network driver who comes to our Do,will get payed the £ 20.60.cant get my head around that one![]()
