Royal Mail and the one hour contact

ive modded the spreadsheet to work out amount of days holiday owed based on actual length under the 1 hr contract, ie i was only on it for 10 months, also changed it to base itself on a daily rate rather than weekly.

according to all these calculations i am owed £647.31, perhaps i should add interest in my claim lol

i attach the modded version if people wish to work out theirs based on day/less than 12 months on 1 hr contract

Has anyone got a link to the details of the ET or a file they can send please? I've tried to find the decision online but can't.

You should add interest, by the way were you the OP on the CAG employment forum that was after this info in 2008?
