Actually Teebs people form all walks of life do struggle with change it would seemTrueBlueTerrier wrote:Sorry to be pedantic but this post and your previous oneI am number six wrote:No just based on fact, clashcityrocker wrote:Are you on Prozac?I am number six wrote:

This is because certain Managers do not like change or implementing it.
The majority of Management embrace the need for change and are quite happy to do so given our current position
Change for some is very difficult this includes management and delivery staff but given the agreement with the CWU this has become vital for the survival of the business and a secure future, and the security of the workforce, that is you
I recommend a yes vote, yes to a bright secure future, yes to a modern Royal Mail
More so in RMG that is a fact and not a personal opinion,
And no need to be overly concerned with regards to my posts but the fact still remains
We need to change RMG recognise this as well as the CWU
Who both are in agreement with 2010 and beyond.
Change is vital for the survival of the business and a secure future, and the security of the workforce, Fact not opinion

No thats deffanetly an opinion!!! You cant possably know why some DOM's are opposed. They probably have more operational day to day experience than you on which to form a judgement.I am number six wrote: Change is vital for the survival of the business and a secure future, and the security of the workforce, Fact not opinion

I'm guessing Post Office counter staff, they tend to be highly opinionated on things that do not affect them!belle smith wrote:Well RM won't be able to perform the legally binding USO then will they.I am number six wrote:Unfortunately much more badly off if we begin to loose vital employmentrealmichael wrote:i and many more like me will be worse off and that sir is a FACT

No need for guessing, why doesn't he just come out and say which part of the group he manages ?proper postie wrote:I'm guessing Post Office counter staff, they tend to be highly opinionated on things that do not affect them!belle smith wrote:Well RM won't be able to perform the legally binding USO then will they.I am number six wrote:Unfortunately much more badly off if we begin to loose vital employmentrealmichael wrote:i and many more like me will be worse off and that sir is a FACT

Re: The Outcome of the Ballot
So you freely admit that you have less operational day to day involvment than DOM's then, and they are in a better position to judge the agreement.I am number six wrote:Actually I have formed that judgment based upon my experience of working with management and regional management within operations to ascertain that viewbelle smith wrote:No thats deffanetly an opinion!!! Is your name a reference to the character in Kids Next Door? (number six is a skunk I believe)
Or do I need to stop watching kid's TV?
Or do I need to stop watching kid's TV?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
