Busy enough to book half an hour on a short day. Damp and miserable.

So the proposed "walk in to a fully prepped, bundled and bagged walk" didnt materialise, we still had to do the lapsing though.
What a f**king surprise!

Walked in, frame not fully prepped, went out on lapsing, came back, still not fully prepped but the best its been so far. So gets out late again, finish 1st bag then wait an age for my next bag, more bloody hassles and needless to say i finished late.

Felt knackered and totally fed up after doing a lapsed duty section that took a full satchel and a pannier full of mail and finishing late afternoon, until I got a phone call from a friend in a neighbouring postcode area asking if I could tell her why her mail had been delivered at 9pm - and yes - it was a postman who delivered it !!!
