Dave had the raving hump when he mentioned the above,one ADR had said that he was 'personally' voting no as he felt that he does not want to vote for certain members to have a pay cut and also the Bournemouth briefing thing.
What i don't understand is why Dave would say what he did,he didn't mention RMC but it was obvious it was who he meant as this is the only site that had it.
So is Dave saying that the reps should of searched it out as it was on here,and why did he not plug the site.
What i'm trying to say is how could Dave say that the agreement was on here and not to have a go at HQ for not getting it to reps sooner!!
I was bored shitless to be honest there as i've already knew what to expect as i've read so much on here.
I don't think us reps asked enough questions,but the presentation was good as it tbf told us much what we wanted to know.
And i do think London will be split,it aint all 'we love you Dave' trust me.
The trust RM issue is big for me because i don't and i never will and i think all the 'we (CWU) are involved every step of the way' is bollox.
Everything will come in regardless and the D2D will protect jobs,but only for the next few years.
Once they automate it then we could be in trouble.
Personally i'm still undecided.
