Have these "commercially minded" senior managers been watching too much TV again? Is this the army when the whole section /platoon gets punished. "Bad Lad's Army" is just "Reality TV"/Entertainment , it isn' t real! idiots!

Looks like they've backed down on this- nothing signed yet but i doubt it'l continue. Good angle for the press though. The strike was also about an attempt to change attendance patterns. see:

Must admit I've had a sore back for a few weeks now and keep taking pain killers to get the job done as i hate being off sick. Thinking of resting up a bit as what thanks have those w*****s shown me

Good for her as it sounds like he stitched her up big time. Managers are so useless with paperwork. Trouble is it can work both ways. I can think of several cases where people should have been sacked years ago but owing to complete managerial incompetence they are still gainfully employed doing what they do best...nothing

Yeah you are right, these are the ones are usually made up to ML grade and then slag off the CWU for sticking up for their members.
