£12.37 ESA
£31.17 = 3 X'S d2d's PER WEEK (RARELY GET LESS THAN 3)
TOTAL £43.54

new deal
2% on basic pay = £7 (give or take some pennies)
£20.60 supplement
TOTAL £27.60

So losing £16 p/w = £832 per year pre tax

I do the 6 day wek for 5 weeks then sixth week off so will gain £8 per week on my weeks off including my A/L will be 12 -13 weeks additional £8 for the supplement
as I would get the ESA in those weeks prior to the proposed deal.

£8 x's 13 = £104

So the new PAYRISE!! equates to £728 loss which is £14 per week where do I sign up?

You are right the loss of cash is the sweetener in the deal!!!

No limits on delivery span or amount we are expected to take out, having to work at the speed of top the 10% later finish times making it impossible to get kids from school or your Wife has to take a new job for it to work, later Saturdays etc etc, all for less cash.

Sure i'll get over it.

Again where do I sign up?
