I don't trust RM, but I'm not sure the CWU are worthy of my trust now either.feduppostie wrote:headscrewedon wrote:
This deal is not everyone's cup of tea, but if the D2D market declines, we will still get the £20.60 even though we don't deliver any D2Ds![]()
yes until the next deal when they decide to get rid of it despite us being told it would stay forever ( just like the ESA really)
we do not trust them anymore, promises have been broken, and that is the bottom line
The 'they' that are getting rid of ESA are both RM for proposing it and the CWU for agreeing to it.
I feel that it's the CWU that have let me down and broken their promises to me

Thats what I can't get my head round (sorry for the unintended pun). We know RM will try to screw as much profit from our sweat and get us to work as hard as possible, in the most efficient manner, and at the lowest reward levels as they can get away with. Its expected and thats what we have the Union for to try and negate the impact of RM policies in trying to achieve their aims. Where did it all go wrong.headscrewedon wrote:I don't trust RM, but I'm not sure the CWU are worthy of my trust now either.
