I doubt it, far too time consuming.

When many D2D come in, they will just be no lapsing and the full timers will prep them all early in the week. That is when they will look at prepacking them.....Caniel wrote:I can't wait for when we all get given four, five or even more D2Ds each week. So if D2D is going into indoor & outdoor workload, if an office is already efficient without D2D being incorporated , are the unionBig Daz wrote:Caniel wrote:I can't wait for when we all get given four, five or even more D2Ds each week. Workload, have you not been listening![]()
CWU policy was simple, DTD in workload (which means being able to deliver within scheduled weekly hours) or no agreement to lift cap.

I don't think it's going to work out that way for one second and anyone who does quite frankly is a mug. At the moment management in my office believes we can all deliver to every house every day in our time which on heavy days for most walks is impossible. So with no cap on D2Ds that tells me we're gonna have D2Ds every day for 100% of calls and from Wednesday onwards that will mean cutting off because the workload will be too much.
