Will there be a problem with MC that have delivery offices within them.

Processing on duty on the day that delivery are out. Would the processing employees have to cross the picket line of the delivery boys?

Are the union asking us to lose 2 days pay by not crossing picket lines?

confused.....

No problems as the entire site will strike at the same time. The IA is site specific as well as function specific.

Peterborough mail centre will be out across all functions next week whilst delivery ofices are working.

Picket lines will have to be crossed but as Noel Mclean PEC member said this morning on the Eastern 5 branch confrence call for delivery reps "there is no such thing as the perfect strike"!
CWU reps are going to have to make sure that the mmebership understands fully the way the strike action will work so as to avoid any unesscary problems.

Mail Centers with CDO's will strike this week on the same day as all other delivery offices due to legal reasons how it was annouced to RM, all stand alone mail centers will strike from 7pm tonight, next week the strike action will be as announced ie. mail centers with CDO's will strike together and all other delivery offices will strike on the thursday.

I've just been down to the MC, put the banners up, will be back down there at 5am. We have run out of leaflets, hopefully someone will turn up with some tomorrow then i'll be off down the high street handing them out.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
