That depends on whether the reply includes an explination of WHY they think you're wrong. There's been a lot of people just giving one line answers, and sometimes personal insults. And that achieves nothing. But if people give proper answers, then there's a chance that we can each learn from the other's points of view. That's the whole point of a debate.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Very simple, I don't want to work until 2-30pm on Saturdays and I dont want a pay cut, hence a NO vote, spin all you want it doesnt change those facts. If there isnt a plan b then I guess the DSA people will have to find there own delivery staff.
I apologise unreservedly for some the remarks I have made to razzamadazz. In my defence I would say that I have argued the failings of this agreement time after time. I am perfectly able to decide for myself what is and is not in the best interests of delivery officers and resent having half truths foisted as fact.
I know and accept that being a Rep is a difficult task at times, no more so than now.
I'll say no more on the matter but reserve my right to my opinion and to voice it.

The reasons the mods on here have been so accommodating is that feelings are running high on this agreement with both sides voicing their STRONG opinions. What this all shows is that we are mostly all passionate about our job and the way it's heading. Still, that does not give me, or anyone else any free passes to insult.
