cant blame the lad on trial i might do the same in his position,but once he has his contract get him his union papers asap

we got a part timer who only works 10 hr days on fri and sat

he really had a struggle with his conscience on the 1st strike day as it would mean him losing half of his pay
and he reluctely went in

but on the 2nd strike day he stayed out as he worked a shift on wed

we also had 2 young lads on work experience from the local school in the office and they didnt cross the picket line on friday

I stayed off - you were right that its too late to book leave. But I decided last week would be the end of this strike for me

as it happens i stayed off last Friday but decided this is the end of this strike for me; its more and more obvious thisstrike is going to be a buig loser for us all i think

I went to work, crossed the picket line, but 30 minutes later I was out again, didn't feel right being in the building.

Hopefully next time you will stop b4 entering the building or better still stay away so temptation will not even enter your mind.
