In past year i've averaged 34 hours from a 22.5 hour contract
Our office runs on OT yet Dom says bigger contracts WILL NOT happen

I think I've answered my own question! 
RM include the Bank Holidays as part of the statutory 28 days! 
Still doesn't answer the question of only being paid contracted hours holiday pay and not the 10hrs O/T per week I have to do! (which I don't mind as I do get paid it and I need it!!)
