75% fulltime 25% partime this is the figures that we would be ideally hoping to achieve from the agreement
but the wording says they hope to achieve around these figures
How we interperate this will be different to them
what figure would the CWU be happy with as RM might say after 3 years that the figure of 69% fulltime 31% partime is around the original figure or as close to it as they can get.
I think we the workers are just ponns in this game between RM and the CWU
