I don't know where you are from to be honest, but it's quite clear that whatever your intentions are and given when you have registered, you are in no way front line staff with RM.
I wonder WHO??!!

Re: Support the CWU & Vote YES!!
The agreement doesn't secure jobs.
Half the mail centres will close and many people won't be able to travel, extra money or not, and will be forced to leave and take VR whether they like it or not.
And we are being told a big lie about door to door, that it will save jobs. Look at the agreement on D2D, it says clearly delivery spec will remain the same, all in on monday and ready to go. So the minute they have got 6-7 D2D a week coming through, they will just bundle them all up and then say, right thanks for the pay cut last year, you have one door to door item not 7 traffic items and now we need the hours out. They're not idiots, if there is a chance to hike profits by automating D2D and slash hundreds of hours out of deliveries they will take it. Its absolutely inevitable.
Royal mail gets what they want, and then Royal Mail gets what it wants again, just like pay and modernisation. Sure maybe we'll see that 3.5% in 3 years, just like we saw phase 4 of Pay and Modernisation - remember that? They chucked it in the bin after they got what they wanted and we had to go on strike. Who's to say they won't just pull out their pockets in 2012 and say "not enough money sorry"?

Brilliant one worder there Lovejoy.lovejoy wrote:Realitypostghost wrote:And your source is??I am number six wrote:
Job security is good enough for me that's only my opionion of course, I think you will find there are a lot of people out there who are not on this web site who will agree!
I doubt you would recognise reality. But let me enlighten you:
Reality is a pay cut, Reality is an unmeasured workload, Reality is an uncapped D2D commitment, Reality is an unlimited delivery span, Reality is an agreement without revision tools, Reality is a CWU Circus touring the country to sell this deal, Reality is an agreement which has no definitive attributes - that Lovejoy is reality.
But if we are dealing in single words of wisdom:
CRAP!
