Lads face it this is the last ever national postal strike - times are moving on. The damage youll do for no gain whatsoever this time will make sure that this national strike is the last one

Come up with some answers then mate these 'know it all' threads are pointless without your amazing solution that you must have.....spill it!!!! These are VERY difficult times for the CWU now, it has to remain a strong threat to RM but also keep its members sweet, it cant afford to cave in and also it cant afford its members turning their backs on them.........

More than likely, he is hinting they will want to go down the lines of "its a vital service" and the law will be changed to stop strikes happening.

I agree, this is the last postal strike because when sense prevails and we do get a decent rise with no strings, have a input on modenisation then RM will move forward therefor we will have no need to strike again.
To sacrifice a days pay in an attempt to better our pay along with making the job better is commendable, Would Leighton lose a days pay every 2 weeks for what he believes in.

What damage the mail is still being delivered and we lost most of the contracts even before there was any talk of a strike.Also the D2ds part of the strings has gone for now so we have gained already.

Unfortunately you don't back up your point with any points or facts very disappointing
