Really hot though today so been a bit of a test on my fitness but wasn't that bad! All in all can see me enjoying things alot! :Very Happy

Today is the lightest day of the week pal, so not much in regards of mail, packets, etc. Did they give you a full walk to do??
Yeah was mentioned it was a quiet day to start off, i was paired with someone else and basically shown my walk then we split up, its going to be a lot harder on my own obviously but having seen it all today its alright. My walk basically covers the estate i live on, the main road nearhere and a large council estate just round the corner but i grew up around here so its ideal for me, my one worry was not knowing where which addresses were and posting to the wrong houses lol.
Your be ok mate, just dont take any shite from managers and if your not happy with anything or you feel your being victimised in any way, unfairly treated etc go spaek to your rep as thats what he is there for. Also any work done outside your contracted hours book them, cause there is some divs at our office that dont. Your get good days and bad stick in thier mate only prison and frontline of iraq can be any worse than this lol :Very Happy

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
