The problem with votes it just don't work. It need to be for delivery staff only no mail centre or collection staff on it.

Don't really understand what you are suggesting here?
Are you saying that the agreement should be divided into deliveries /mail centres/ distobution etc.
or are you just saying that only Delivery staff should be able to vote on the whole agreement?

I work in a Mail Centre and fully understand that a yes vote clearly opens the door for my office to shut yet you are saying i am not allowed to vote on this????

Well I can go along with the moral, but intellectual? - surely that would presuppose some form of intelligence - one should never confuse intelligence with cunning

As a fellow youth member and a CWU rep this makes me sad. I will be informing my branch Sec about this at the meeting in Manchester tomorrow and will be asking him to send an email to HQ, if as a young person in the CWU we are not able to debate about issues that HQ dont agree with then i feel its pointless to go on.

Hypocrites is the word i feel now sums up the Youth set up. We are told to view our opinions and to debate facts (but only if its what HQ wants)
