My point is what I said , what figures do you want on your payslip. Now, 2 years down the line and 30 odd years into the future.

I'm more concerned about what will be entailed in my working week because of whats not in the agreement! Delivery Spans and as yet undefined performance standards.......is that on the board in your office?

The vast majority of the agreement is on display

The entire delivery and reward sections are on display and my notice board is just about 100% full.

The full agreement has been emailed to all members with email address.

A full copy will be put in binder and placed in the canteen/tea room.

Are you asking him a direct question in your first post because this the quoted posts looks like you think you'll get an answer on here.

Well there are 3 possible reasons why you wont get an answer on here.

1. We are not an official CWU website so there is no certainly he will see the question.
2. He is to me knowledge not a member.
3. If he was a member he has the same right of anonymity as other members and he may not wish to answer as that would make him known.

Therefore no response on here can be read as a refusal or failure to answer.

My advice would be to email him direct and ask the questions, his email address will be on the CWU website.
