i have 854 delivery points, lets say i get 7 d2d one week and am expected to take 20% each day that means i have to take out 1195 d2d alone ! for £8. you just could not make this up

You shouldnt and its 2012 not 2013.

The problem is your 2010 deal is lumped in with your 2011 and 2012 deal, for me 2010 isa bit naff but 2011 and 2012 put that right. I look at where the final destination is not the starting point. I like the look of the final destinaton of my 30 hour week pay packet.

In a ideal world the 6.9% be paid up front with a 3 year pay freeze, then you would not have to wait.

Good or bad have Dave and his team got the best possible deal, is one of the questions we have to ask our selfs when choosing how to vote.

One of the forgotten myths was,that we actually had prep time to do D2D's in the first place.
We are already below the recomendation of a 75/25% split,so not only will i be prepping my own households,i will
be prepping them in readiness for the AG that comes in later.
What absolutely appalls me is,the major issue of unrealistic workloads and bullying of staff that can't attain them has
gone by the by.
Infact for any powermad manager that reads,'to be determined locally' combined with 'top 10% performance' as agreed
by the CWU,will have an absolute field day.

That is the intention, its now a matter of taking that intention and turning it into a viable everyday working reality. If and when it does happen RML will set up the new system to cover every office, whether it will happen for every D.O all at the same time or a phased approach is used is a total unkown at this moment in time.

I dont expect to change peoples minds but the fact is that this supplement will grow from year 2 with every pay rise and is guartneed not based on whether door to door contracts.

Confirm this then,according to what you are saying,we could possibly have the 20.60 supplement grow to say 30-40 ect in years to come?
Is this EVERY SINGLE pay rise we get?Is it guaranteed to go up with each pay rise.
