Why vote yes..vote no and remove themLDV 350 wrote:We are being railroaded into a yes vote, we have no union support, political support nor public backing to fight another strike over this we should have stayed out during the last round of strikes, vote yes and work to rule then let's remove Hayes and Ward and start a new campaign from scratch

I would have to vote yes, other unions have agreed pay cuts of up to 5 grand per year just to save jobs.
We must stand against royal mail domination. We have been sh*t on too much lately,if we dont agree to this then bye bye to full time jobs and hello part timers.and you wont be home til supper time

Re: POLL:How are you going to vote?
I'd like to see a breakdown of the 'YES' voters... How many are delivery staff, who have been royally shafted by this sorry excuse for a deal.... Even more telling would be the ratio of FT to PT staff voting in favour. I'm fortunate enough to have been amongst the last people in my office to have been made up, but I suffered as an AG for long enough not to sell my mates down the Swanee for 20.6 pieces of silver (compared to their 15.45 or 12.36 pieces). Has ANYONE managed to get this point across to their FT colleagues/the media/the bloody CWU PEC?
I shall carry on paying my dues, because we're shafted with em, but we'd be spit-roasted without them! Just remember who it was who sold us out when it comes to exec elections!
BTW, Postman... When you run a poll, does it automatically count an AG vote as 0.75 or 0.6 or 0.5 of an OG vote? (ironic LOL).

DUH! I, and many of my colleagues will be LOSING between £13 - £20 a week if this deal is implemented.... Quite enough of a pay cut for my liking! and by the way, who are these people taking a 5 grand pay cut? How much were they getting paid in the first place? A damned sight more than us I should imagine.

However, like an FOI request brother Teebs exactly how many forum members have been banned from RMC?

But that could all change very soon.
Ongoing actions that make more work for the Moderators and Administrators or regularly annoy other members and require moderator action will not be tolerated. If banning you is easier than dealing with the problems you are causing, you will be banned.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
