The £400 carrot is not a carrot FFS - it is the dividend from the colleague share THAT YOU WOULD GET DEAL OR NO F*CKING DEAL - they have just brought it forward. Jesus Christ I don't wonder these crap deals are voted in :evil/mad
OK my friend. The question still stands-will those on part time 25/30 hour contracts get the colleague share dividend that is intended to be brought forward? As i've seen no mention of it so far. It's just if i'm going to get shafted, i'd like to get shafted and receive £400 just like my fellow colleagues.
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

You will get the CS/Transformational Bonus (They are the same thing) but pro rata based on contracted hours and less tax and NI. So:

40 Hour £300
30 hour £ 225
25 hour £187
20 Hour £160
6 hour £45
1 hour £7.50

All figures are rough and based on 25% Tax and NI payments for ease of reference.

Also whilst doing the figures I have just worked out that the Delivery Supplement works out at 51.5p per contracted hour (or roughly 31 D2Ds at 1.67p ea) and after tax and NI again based on 25% for simplicity. works out at 38.625p (5/8 in old money) per hour. :left:
