Anyone know the date that the Early Shift entitlement was changed in 2007?
I used to do a late shift in Callers every other week so my full early shift allowance was changed to Mixed Shift allowance of £6.19. I've been back on delivery since August 2007 but still receive the mixed shift allowance and wanted to check the date incase the changes happened after I went back to deliveries and I'm owed over 2 years of ESA. Hope that makes sense :crazy:
