This agreement is sick this fckin union well i sAY UNION but it isnt that how can it agree a deal that will ultimately mean a pay cut for its lowest paid workers ie part time staff and then expect them to do more work in the same number of hours i for one if this agreement is voted in will cut off make my managers life hell as my frame aint thrown up any day off the week and if full timers goin to have to prep my d2d that will just mean more mail for me to do when i come in.Hopefully he may even sack me and then at least i can go on the dole where i will be more likely better off.Ive worked out out i will be £12.oo a week worse off if this deal is agreed so i want to know where is the pay rise i dont belive there is one its a pay cut for more work if i ever met billy hayes or dave ward i would have knoe hesitation than smash them in the face im not a violent person but this is how this deal has made me feel.I feel let down i pay my union subs which i cant really afford and for wat two fat b@st@rds to negotiate a pay cut for me and more work in the same ammount of time wat a joke.

im not in favor for this agreement at all ,and the door to door issue stinks !!!!!but what worries me here is what happens if royal mail turn around and put them all in an envolope and make it live mail then we will end up doing them for nothing

RM can't get 3 contracts every week now but vote this in and they will get more. Do 3 now and get £20, take the deal and could get 6 for same price as RM could charge less as paying us less so will increase the contracts. On the other hand if we have more D2D and 100% call rate each day will probably result in O/T = more money. Main thing though is to make work to keep as many jobs as poss. you can go round and round in circles with this one. You can't use the point that doing 6 now would be worth £40. What do you think?
