Post by POSTMAN »

[quote]Staff at Runcorn Royal Mail delivery office in Cheshire have voted not to work on Good Friday.

Until 2001 normal delivery patterns were followed all over the country with staff being offered the option of time and a half with a day in lieu, or double time and a half for working Good Friday.

We don't work Good Friday in our office. What would make more sense for delivery staff, would be to work the Friday and have the Saturday off.
