Pro Rata D2D

I'm at a loss here, how can a union who I pay into every week agree to pro rata on D2Ds, I might pay less but I'm still a member. My walk has well over 600 houses and effectively means I could be posting over a 100 more than a full timer yet earn less..I'm pissed off and baffled at this stupidity..deff a NO vote from me, pity we can't have a vote of no confidence against them.

the problem here is that the payment officially wont be for door to doors, it will just be a 20.60 suppliment each week, nowhere will it mension door to doors, thats how they will try to justify it, door to doors will be done for free effectively.

This is how i see it mail center staff gain £8 a week and most delivery staff lose up to £30+ per week but get £20.60...

So delivery staff get pay cut...
