No you are understanding it perfectly vote NO or deliver up to maybe 6 separate D2Ds for £20, I wonder if this covers election material as well

As well as the Early 05:00 Shift Allowance I also receive £10 Defined Area Supplement, is anything happening to this?

4 months to come up with this!
maybe all the delays were because they were so embarassed by it.

The Unique Confederation of Rural Laborers of Bolivia are doing a fine job for Bolivian farmers at the moment.
I may just give them a call,I've been to Bolivia and i can drive a tractor.
At first I thought you'd made that up but having googled it I realise it does exist although I can find no independent assessment of its usefulness.
Do I take it though as an admission that at least part of the problem is a crisis of trade-unionism and nothing to do with the inadequacy of the CWU?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Not correct.rogue wrote:if you are a 25 hour part timer yes it should already be prepped
Nor is this correct.memo232 wrote: If you are on a 25 hour contract you are not supposed to prep the round anyway, so if crap is now included in the mail this also should be pre-prepped as well as the proper mail. (by a full timer or the turd in charge)
There may well be duties covered by 25hr contracts where the duty isn't prepped, but some duty's ARE prepped by 25hr part timers (I'm one).

well if you don't believe that quote (and it is correct) then how about just applying a little logic, if d2d were to be done in our own time then it would have to be voluntary as outside of our 40 hour contract RM has no authority over us whatsoever. In order to make d2d compulsory, which we all know it is, it must be within our working hours.rogue wrote:well done for putting up an amendment that i believe was not carried and a copy of an unagreed royal mail procedure on preparing for deliveries .
i do agree that it will fill a gap in prep time when the sequencing machines come in

I am also on 25hours, and there is no way I could fully prep my round and do a 3 1/2 hour delivery in my 5 hour duty.
Part-timers should vote NO, to this stitch up

Don't worry, should it go to a vote, I'll be voting no.labbloke wrote:I really would check your contract Newpostie.NewPostieUK wrote:Not correct.rogue wrote:if you are a 25 hour part timer yes it should already be prepped

I cover a few duties, a couple get some prep done before I start, some I prep myself. I do go over quite often, always claim and always get paid.
I must admit, we've started lapsing now, and I struggle to finish on time, but I'm happy to claim overtime.
