union top brass are really p**sing me off

This is to anyone who is getting p**sed off with the union keep on selling us down the river every time we strike and start to get the upper hand the union allways calls it off i thought that they worked for us not royal mail i feel if we get shafted this time we should argue for new union bosses i belive that my 10 year old son could get a better deal than the one they have got us i might even apply to challenge for the top spot.there is ways and means of getting what you want and the company could make money and put more postman/woman on the street in full time i know of ways lets kick corruption and bullying out of the work place

I think you are insulting your son,its taken them 4 months to get us a pay cut,and to agree extended walks with no time limits.
You see the massive rise in sick then
