Re: POLL:How are you going to vote?
A good reason to vote yes,All the backdated pay.(joke, sarcasm)
Cause it will be months before any vote or result is implemented.

Re: POLL:How are you going to vote?
I don't see how anyone who can think, will accept that having 2 people do the same delivery, can pay people differnt rates, you can't pay PT's less when they will be doing the same delivery, plus the 20 quid is not pensionable, so we lose out again.
I'm on rota this week so not spoke to anyone about it yet, but I would imagine that the lump sums will be what most muppetts will be looking at.
I also thought the D2D bit about other types of D2D should be sought, ie Saturday only D2D's just what you want at the end of the week.
I'll be trying to get as many people as possible to vote NO, and I'm a full timer

Christ almighty, are they all related to old mother Hubbard ? They must be really hard-up.greenwood wrote:Most people at my DO this morning were asking me about the lump sum, only two asked about D2D's in the agreement! The favourite topic of discussion was how they will spend the £400. They don't care about the agreement, just the money

and surprised a lot of people with the resulting acceptance of p&m
call me cynical i just don,t trust any of them and all the changes are designed to suit
our competition tnt etc.
we take out tnt d2d,s just now so i can imagine whats coming especially sat delvs
this has all been agreed via a morally corrupt labour govt who would sell their souls
or more spesifically ours

Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

I am definitely voting no
This is a bad deal and looks like the Son of P&M 2007 part 2 the sequel.

Re: POLL:How are you going to vote?
I have to say, that thought has crossed my mind too. It would be in keeping with the sort of people we have in charge, that the vote is rigged. Like you, I would not put anything past the likes of Crozier, Higson, or Tolhurst. Liars all, conmen from the top of their heads to the tips of their feet.guvenor wrote:who counts the votes ? cos the last vote i felt we would have won that

Re: POLL:How are you going to vote?
One foot in the undecided camp and the other in the no camp.
Got a meeting this friday to hear reports back from the NB and hopefully hear from our PEC bod.
Whats going through my head is that Dave and co said they would get RM to pay for change, it seems if as it is us that is paying for change, so I fell a wee bit mislead by DW and co.
