Re: ARE YOU MORE LIKELY TO STRIKE OR NOT NOW
Bradford: What are you on about? have Billy and Dave lost money? Your pay cut comes from a contract to deliver D2D which could be taken up by another courier next year. What are you going to do then! Commercial interests would come first. IT COULD BE TAKEN AWAY AT ANY TIME! You have £20.60p put into a supplement which in 3 years time Billy and Dave will get in to your pensionable pay. Now if you and the rest of the doomsayers are so worried vote no, stand for the NEC put yourselves forward and put your points across. Lets see when you and the other have done such a good job in rejecting a deal which other unions would give their hindteeth for!
D2D into workload what the problem with that at least it MORE WORK for you to do with a ever decreasing mail market and it safeguards your jobs!
