I think they'll lose out because half the mc will be closed and offered jobs in do's.

Re: MCs and door to doors
i read a post yesterday that said something like...
just now D2D is preped in own time and claim is made.
under new agreement D2D will be preped in work/duty time - so getting paid for prepping and delivery, but before only paid for delivery.
the biggest benefit for MC's is the non-compulsory redundancies. the machines will probably mean lots of EVR's.
don't understand what the £8 a week is ? (maybe that's the 2% ? (after tax & Ni)?

Re: MCs and door to doors
D2D's are meant to be preped in work time. There should have been enough time in the delivery to include 20% of prepping d2d's. Dont listen to any bullshit of people either work colleagues or management that they should be done in your own time. That is a LIE.banddy wrote:i read a post yesterday that said something like...

When I produced RM`s own documents that supported your statement, the area rep and div rep would not pursue this at dsm level. Where do you go from there?celerycelery wrote:D2D's are meant to be preped in work time. There should have been enough time in the delivery to include 20% of prepping d2d's.
