The Delivery section has achieved the following:-
• Long standing conference policy removal of private cars on delivery confirmed.
• Achievement of conference policy removal of weight off the shoulder.
• Achievement of conference policy Door to Door into workload plus retention of the remuneration.
• A revised revision process that involves the CWU from start to finish which was one of the fundamental issues of the national dispute.
Where in the agreement does it say that private cars will be removed from delivery? Even the CDV document leaves the door open on that one.

All delivery revisions will be planned on the basis of no use of private cars. Private cars on delivery will cease upon the deployment of a Delivery Methods revision in a unit.

All deliveries should already be planned on the basis of no use of private cars, so nothing new in this document, if read in conjuction with the CDV document, cars may be used in extenuating cirmstances. So cars are not banned the revisions will only be planned on no car use so its not a car ban.
If I've read it wrong, and If a revision has already gone in under E.A, will there be scope to revisit that E.A and ensure cars are banned?
I do believe that when noel and the seven wise men went to negotiate the pay deal from the 2009 dispute they must have taken a massive jar of K Y jelly, if not then how did they manage to bend over so far that 90 pages of sheer bollocks didn't seem to smart that much.
What i find equally unusual is that after getting rammed they think the rest of us are going to do the same and vote YES, well if £20.90 is all these bunch of moronic c@@k suckers can get us I say get and additional 17% and quit this Union (for the executive thats the £3.50 union subs).
Im on a roll now
Lets Vote NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Go on fight for yourselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The UNION what a waste of space lets hope the next round of elections brings them all down, stand together comrades use your vote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
Interesting bit on 5live a few mins back. Had an industry expert on and he was fuming. Said Crozier had gone 'de-mob happy' and this was an amazing deal for postal workers. Another person on there agreed and said it was a giveaway and a great deal.
Can listen on BBC listen again site, interview was on around 6.10 tonight
