Like i said earlier with the pension issue PROPERLY resolved it would be a whole different ball game.
Royal Mail would instantly move from technically bankrupt into a solvent relatively successful company.
Which would mean that the excuse that RM have used all through these negotiation of having no new money would not stand up.
So why would you (not that i would have) accept a deal negotiated under terms that were no longer valid.
Of course it depends what RM and the CWU consider RESOLVED.
