I wonder what the sick rate is say 7 years ago before lasping and increasing workload.
If Royal Mail balance workload better and more fairer it would be easier on everyone and less time sorting and less people off sick.

im currently on the sick with the evil flu then my back went kaput yesterday whilst on sick leave, hopefully ill be back by weds as im off tuesday, then weeks holiday next week wooo hoo
