You wont have to El.

They are becoming part of a normal delivery, and as such will be prepped for us.

If not, because i am sure 1 or 2 people will fight it etc, then we just have to ask the DOM what does he want you to do when u cant complete, because of having to spend upto 1 hour prepping .

CUT, STREAM or O/T

please don't go down the FT v Pt route, i think the pro rata issue with d2d pt is an absolute disgrace and i am astounded that the union agreed to that, i am a FT and am quite prepared to stand up for PT colleagues, isn't that what a union is supposed to be?

from all the info i have read, adjust the walks so we go to a 100% call rate do 1 d2d a day
how else are we supposed to do the ones that are scheduled for a specific day if we don't have a 100% call rate?

will need to think it over and have a discussion and see the official doc but at the mo it looks like a no!

100% agree with you apple.

I was just trying to highlight the fact that this disgraceful deal goes far beyond money.

I don't think any PT in my MC (London) have been able to go FT in the last 5 years, except
a couple who went onto driving duties. And they are all on late shift (between 1700-2145).
