£20.60 for 52 weeks a year irrespective of sick or leave - £1017.20

We loose £200 a year in first year and with an average 2% a rise every year would mean 4 to 5 years to get to the stage we are at now.

IT WILL BE THOUSANDS OF POUNDS A YEAR IN LOST D2D PAYMENTS BECAUSE THE AMOUNT WE DELIVER WILL PROBABLE TRIPLE!!
And £650 a year in shift allowance.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

:chuckleForget triple ,since you get paid a flat rate for unlimited ,RM could offer a loss leading deal .Their costs are fixed ,you could be doing 20 a day for 0.01 of a penny and RM would still make profit on it. Now what firm do you know would turn down free advertising

Most P.T at out D.O do everything bar I.P.S, so why would they receive less D.2.D money as D.2.D aren't part of I.P.S!

Surely prep and delivery of D.2.D is the criteria for payment, not working hours.

Well done CWU - you've got the Part Time vote! Muppets
I will cast my No vote and then say good bye to the union, shafted by softies who can't comprehend what it's like live on a Part Time wage. I have "customers" who "take home" about a tenner less than me and they don't BLOODY well work! Do you think RM are going to get quality staff coming into the business. With the help of the CWU they are laughing as they deposit the fat bonsues in their bank!!!!! :evil/mad

Hi Redletter
The PFC understands your problems.. Would u consider joining a free union to support part timers after you leave the CWU.

Thanks
El

I did see in the agreement that RM are looking at day specific D2D's with extra revenue for them for Saturday D2D's so we all will have a 100% call rate for them on a Saturday......the agreement is a crock of shite :cuppa

£29 x 3 = £87 x 42 = £3654 in lost d2d payments!! Never mind though we are going to get £20.60 a week instead 20.60 x 52 = £1071

£3654 - £1071= £2583 down a year!!

In my office you sign to say you have done door to doors, and you claim payment. If you claim, without having done them, it's fraud. How do they get away with it in your office?

i get £13.78 for one d2d so times that by 5 =£68.90 minus the £20.60 on offer now =£48.30 down a week! at this rate it would take only 9 weeks to recoup the £400 lump sum back off me. And thats not even taking into consideration the loss of my early shift allowance! the whole deal beggars belief
