The time for part timers to fight was when they we excepeted to work for nothing in the vain hope of getting a full time contract.

He's drawing some leaflets with his crayons as we type!
Why don't you join the union & vote NO instead of looking for a free ride!

whatever you guys think about el cartero you have to admire his passion, its a bum deal for all involved, unfortunately the argument that pt are getting less d2d money than ft is illegal wont stand up. Why? Because royal mail are clever, officially we wont be getting paid money for door 2 doors anymore, just an extra suppliment in our pay for 20.60 but it wont be classed as door to door money even though we basically know thats what it is and thats what its replacing. This deal sucks for all, and yes I will vote no because of the payments mean we will lose in the long run, and the bonus they offer us is only money in our shares anyway so even if we vote no we can get that money in the future.
