Its illegal to offer part-time less for D2D money than full-time. If they are doing a full round like full-timers they are entitled to the same wage for D2Ds. The union and rm should get back to the table and renegoitate this term.
They is no point in the union wanting the same terms and conditions for casuals, part-timers than full-timers. I'm a full-timer not a part-timer.

trouble is that its not classed as door to door money, just an add on to basic pay so in reality the door to doors are being done for nothing we just get an extra 20 odd quid suppliment
