Ive got 860 hits to do on my walk i get about 33 a week for doign 3 d2d's and this kills me.

if they think im doing all that with 6 d2ds for 8 quid .

words cant describe how i feel about that.

PLEASE VOTE NO :cry

can sumone answer me how it can be pro rate for d2d ? if its the same job for FT and PT? same amount that is.

This must be a wind up?
I think you will find that this D2D stuff is a MANAGEMENT idea . Do something constructive to help yourself, join the union asap and vote NO ,you never know it might be your vote that swings it .Could be the best £3 you ever invested ,might bring you £30 a week interest :hmmmm

We are being asked to vote on a framework which is then in turn to be negotiated locally to trigger the lump sum payments. How can we vote on something Nationally and then be expected to agree it locally?

I can see for sure now what will happen, if the deal is accepted Nationally, locally Management will use this as a green light to changes they have already planned and forget local negotiation.

Just reading through the delivery part is enough for me to be voting no! You lads and lasses are going to suffer the most yet again for the least reward.
You are spot on there. It is even worse in DO's ,they want us to vote for indoor and outdoor performance measures but they can't tell us what they are!!! Trust RM to come to an agreement at a later date :left: :left:
No thanks been there, done that ,Pay and Modernisation remember ,20 + days on strike ,I know it was a long time ago but I've not forgotten

RM are threatening to pull the deal because of it.

Need time to think.

EDIT:We had the near final agreement as a download, please do not PM or email me for it.
Official one coming out on Mon.
Are you sure that it was RM that wanted this pulled, or was it the CWU because of all the flack they're getting

Or is this a ploy - and a slightly less offencive version will appear on Monday, pleople will be swayed into accepting the "NEW DEAL" because it is better than the first copy we've seen ?

They couldn't be THAT DEVIOUS......could they ?
Oh yes they could  I've missed out. Mate at work told me about it this morning but now its been pulled. Ah well, 2 or three days more wont hurt. Look on the BRIGHT side. If the tossers who brokered the deal haven't got it right, then give yourself a pay rise and cut your union subs. I'm seriously thinking of doing just that.

Can someone confirm that the early shift allowance grandfather rights is going to be part £20.60 d2d supplement?

If so the average postie at my office is set to lose about £20-25 of take home pay each week.

Im utterly shocked that the union have agreed to this.

Someone told me a pizza man delivering 1000 leaflet get 23 pounds. so let say we get 600 houses on average that is about 14 pounds X 3 = 42 pounds a week.

So doing it for 8 pounds is not good.
