For part timers it's roughly £12.86 for 25 hours contract.dropbag_clone wrote:It would be funny if it wasn't so tragic. Some of our PT walks are 700+ drops, 3 lots of D2D are currently around £34 and they'll be doing 5 lots for £12?OnAFlyer wrote:BELIAL wrote:PT's won't be very happy, the £20 is pro rata
Well I know one walk that is 950 calls long, covered by a part timer.....do the maths on that and let me know if this £20.60 looks attractive

Looks like they finally admit prep is done in THEIR time now. You can also cut off and your round will be smaller.
How many hours do Royal Mail think there is in a day. Full timers will now have to prep whole rounds and then door to doors!

Re: £20.60 D2D supplement!!
so if i'm only getting my D2D payment pro-rata that means I only have to do the work pro-rata, e.g. it will be in frame for me when I arrive at work? Yea right cant even prep letters up for me some days.
IF it ain't broke it soon will be if RM have their way

I think they mean the various bungs totalling around £1500 - pro rata over 4 payments most of which we were going to get anyway.creedscat wrote:cyclingrich wrote:You have a choice people look past the carrot and use your vote, I,m not usually a very militant person but this is making my blood boil, time for a vote of no confidence in our leadership team and send a link to this page to illustrious leadership team.

Exactly mate. Its our money anyway so that is'nt a carrot or lumpsum or whatever the f**k anyone wants to call it. Its like having money WE have worked hard for for years and then RM saying if you agree to wage cuts and more work then we will give you your money you have earned previously. :mfoIPS wrote:£400 to accept the deal with a further £1000 offered to staff (which they have already earned via the cscheme)creedscat wrote:cyclingrich wrote:You have a choice people look past the carrot and use your vote, I,m not usually a very militant person but this is making my blood boil, time for a vote of no confidence in our leadership team and send a link to this page to illustrious leadership team.
