i noticed in the new agreement posted that we have an interim mtsf agreement until oct 1 2010 but after that there is nothing specific.Does anyone know if their are any details beyond oct 2010 for safeguarding people's redundancy protection?
i work in a mail centre and have done for a long time.I think my job will go in the next one/two years
i have 22 years service and i am 42 years of age.Currently there is a mulitplier of 3.75 x 1.5 weeks pay per year x length of service.
It seems the age that you are has now gone and the other multipliers are not mentioned ,so i do wonder what is going to happen as significant people have to leave the business!!
