Now lovejoy how are the PEC reacting to this "Deal of the Century" are they still in a darkened room with the sound of dripping water, have they got slivers of bamboo down their fingernails yet, have they prepared the stocks, manacles and chains for the next group next week?

If any if them have seen this agreement they may as well stay at home, because JC himself, reading on the mount with a basket of loaves and fishes whilst strolling down the canal couldn't sell this.

Stop making me laugh dvb,mrs fishtank is wondering what websites i'm looking at.

RM are threatening to pull the deal because of it.

Need time to think.

EDIT:We had the near final agreement as a download, please do not PM or email me for it.
Official one coming out on Mon.

Good!! let em pull the deal cause that aint a fookin deal thats a piss take. If all this is true then its gonna cause a hell of alot of friction throughout the buisness and will effect the future of RM. Alot of people will want out and i feel for the part timers here aswell and i am a full timer. If they think they can replace us with people willing to do the job then they can think again. This is a hard/demanding/gruelling job therefore you should be paid very well to do it but no RM AND the union want to cut our already shite wages, take away our colleague shares and give us even more work to do.

disgracefull and part timers are only being offered a pro rata payment for D2Ds hayes/ward and PEC should do the decent thing and resign
Don't be silly they aren't going to do that, they think they have secured THEIR future role by delivering this deal for Royal Mail they assume they will be negotiating forever and a day - though who they will be negotiating for is another question.

Postman,

Management have used their favourite tactic and threatened you with something they can't do i.e. pull the agreement and bring in worse changes without it.

Call their bluff and let's see whether they can use this 'mother of all guns' executive action.

You can reassure Mrs ft I no longer do the webcam strip on the minitool website. The coroner is apparently confused as to who shot who in the back of the head first whilst systematically stabbing one another in the back - oh and I do mean stabbing and not "stabbing" though to see this deal it does make you wonder. I take comfort in the fact that the mailing list for the next ballots for the CWU Leadership will be half what it currently is - as they say in places other than London - as ye sow so shall ye reap, sow the wind reap the whirlwind - and also f*ck you jack I'm alright, which they do say in London.

Are you sure that it was RM that wanted this pulled, or was it the CWU because of all the flack they're getting

Or is this a ploy - and a slightly less offencive version will appear on Monday, pleople will be swayed into accepting the "NEW DEAL" because it is better than the first copy we've seen ?

They couldn't be THAT DEVIOUS......could they ?

Well this is the most offensive document i have seen so just how many changes could they make to make it acceptable.
