why is a lot of folk so desperate for a lump sum. one lump sum means shafted for life by royal mail.
i get £28 a week d2d payment so would lose £8 a week.
this equates to £400 a year.
and if i stay 19 years till i retire will mean i will lose out on a massive £7600 pounds so dont be conned so easy.

Well if I understand the agreement correctly the payment incorporated into wages for D2D's also includes the early morning payment some people already receive and which was guaranteed when starting times changed years ago.... therefore if you get the early morning payment you will only be getting £8 for the D2D's as you are already getting the £12 early shift payment :cfo
Union what Union? Do we have a union?
